Here is an email that I received from Magnum. They monitor this website and posts. However, with that said, they have marked my last loan as paid in full, so no matter what, they know they were in the wrong.

NOTE: Too chicken to actually give a name, unlike the call center employee who actually had the balls to give a name and direct email!

Regardless, the lender has no desire expending effort servicing a customer who does not appreciate the value of their installment loan and revolving line of credit products that are designed to meet a cash flow crisis on a moment's notice. I forwarded your email to the principals of ICA and they have agreed to consider your last loan from 1/12/2009 as paid in full. The remaining balance has been credited and your account is no longer active. Your request for a refund was not approved since everything was clearly disclosed via the initial contract with them and in Truth in Lending disclosures that were emailed to you on subsequent loans.

i also knew they monitored this site. they even told me if i ever discuss them again they will take away my paid in full. so i do not mention them. i am not scared as the loan was not legal in anyway but it stopped the calls and took heat off of me so i could handle other loans.
