I received a summons from atlantic credit, and reached an agreement with the lawyer that is representing them. They sent me a stipulation which states that as long as I make the payments they will not enter judgement against me. My question is do I still file answer with court what is the form I need to use as in the answer form it asks me to state what things I agree with from the complaint and what I dont agree with. I agree with everything I know its my debt I just want to let the court know and give them proof of the agreement I made with the lawyer's office.
