Payday Yes is unlicensed/illegal. I am working on Goodtime cash.

I cant find much on Goodtime Cash do you have a copy of your loan docs? If so look on the docs themselves for any other identifying information.

Yes, I have a copy of the loan docs with goodtimecash and I have looked over them with a fine tooth comb and can't find anything that says they are licensed. I decided that I will just treat them as if they're are not and send them the ACH revokion letterr anyway. If they are legitimate they will be able to provide me with their license number. Thank you!

I was looking for what name they actually lend under. For example sonic is Northway Financial. Another red flag would be the laws they ask you to abide by for instance sonic's loan docs specify Malta. Under these circumstances this pretty much tells you they are not licensed to lend and would be considered illegal. Of course there are exceptions but this is usually the case.

I've been doing a little more research about goodtimecash.com and it's very odd.. they absolutely do not list any contact information except for a fax number and a non working email address that everytime I try to send to comes back with unable to deliver.
I'm really thinking that they are affiliated with Ameriloan and unitedcash loans.. the reason being is because when I signed up with Ameriloan and United cash loans... they both generated a random username for me. It was TL_7 for both websites.. I didn't know that Ameriloan was affiliated with United cash loans at the time so I found this odd.. then when I signed up with Goodtimecash.com a little while later.. they gave me a random user name TL_2... pretty darn similar.. I would almost bet money that they are all three affiliated somehow!

Found another name for Goodtimecash.com... Spectrum group services, LLC... in Las Vegas, NV.. anyone heard of it?

I just answered my own question.. from the BBB website.. they are indeed ILLEGAL.. another one to add to the list.. Goodtimecash.com

Just for the fact thay there seems to be no information on them and what you noticed about the username I would consider them illegal.

Your research paid off good for you. Another red flag is that if they are not following the laws of your state, example max loan amount, rollowvers etc. they are typically not licensed to lend in your state.

Phone#801 491- 4054 I Just got a call from them on that number offering me another loan. Pay at 1 866 668-9415. I pd. my loan back and the ACH withdrawal was from City View Cash Payment. Hope that helps.

I got a loan with good time cash, i thought it was all payed back then other day got call from lady pretty much screaming at me saying she was from legal dept and they were suing me for 5000 she gave me number for my lawyer to call back and we tried it was like a fax line or something. Any idea on what i should do

I have borrowed from them several times and always paid it back when it was due. Today they are trying to take 105.00 from my account and I am upset about it. I have not borrowed anything from them in over 45 days and it was all paid back on time.

Now I can't get anyone on the phone from any of the numbers I have found online. I will be disputing this with my bank and closing this account so that they cannot do this again.

I had a loan with Good Time Cash and my last payment was suppose to be on 7-24-09. It hasn't been drafted out of my account yet and when I try to call the number, I get the sound that the number has been disconnected and then I get the message saying all circuits are busy. I have been trying to call them since Friday afternoon, and the same message. Does anybody know what is going on?

The same thing with me lizzybeth.. but they debited it today. but when I try to go to their site, it says secure connection no longer available.

I checked my bank and it still hasn't been withdrawn from my checking account. The thing that has me in a panic, is that for some reason when I call the phone numbers, I either get a recording like the number has been disconnected and then a recording saying all circuits are busy OR just a real fast busy tone. If this company is still in business, you would think you would be able to get in touch with someone. I have even called the fax number, just real fast busy tone.

You can call 702-486-4120 and file a complaint. I do not remember the name of the company, but they are very helpful and I received the number from the Better Business Bureau.

Call 1-866-668-9415 and somebody actually answers the phone now. It is not Good Time Cash, they are handling the accounts but if you let them know that Good Time Cash took out additional money, you will have to go to the bank and get a print out, fax it and then they are suppose to give a refund. That's what I did and I will post whether or not I got a refund.

Not only are they illegal, they do not verify identity of borrowers. Im currently involved with "debts owed" from identity theft. The perp is in the NV state pen serving time for it but im (and countless others) are left to deal with the wake of his illegal actions because of this rotten place.
