Hello,

I am receiving settlement letters from MCM stating original Creditor is GE/OLD Navy. It is more than 5 years I have cancelled my Old Navy account and don't have old navy card. I am sure I don't have unpaid bills and I pay my bills in full. I never had any account with GE and I don't know why MCM includes GE in their letter.

This is interesting that I get one letter from MCM and my husband gets another letter from them with different charges. I requested information regarding the charges from MCM, but they never send me the information. Now, I don't know what these charges are for. I wanted to call MCM but I am reading horror stories about dealing with that company. What is the best way to proceed in this situation? I want to protect my credit and make sure nothing gets reported that would be difficult to undo. We have excellent credit. I appreciate your help. Many thanks, Rona
