Are they considered legal in va. They tried to tell me they are instanment loan as the rollover automaticially takes 10% of principle. I filed complaints with FTC and SCC and Attorney General.

Take a look at your contract and see what it says, I believe they're a payday lender though. I need to research this. Meanwhile I am moving this to the payday loan section so more people will see it.

They claim to be licensed in Delaware but I can't find a license for them, it doesn't matter anyway, Internet pdl's are illegal in Virginia anyhow. I would shoot them an email and tell them to PROVE they are a licensed installment loan lender, if they refuse, then you'll know they're giving you a load of crap. :D
