Better to email or fax letters?

I'd do both personally.. that way they can't say they didn't get it. What would happen if you accidently deleted the email? Or loose the fax? (not saying it would happen.. but accidents do happen) that way I have back ups, of back ups. Can't be too sure with these places.

I agree with Beli2005, I sent my letters both ways, fax and email. Also if you do not have a personal fax machine go to Kinko's or some place like that, do not use your employers fax.

I've used a service called FaxZero. You can fax right from your desk top. It's free (well max up to 3 pages and only 2 faxes per day)

kfstaff24 , ty.. glad I could help someone. It was hard finding a fax service (free) one let alone that didn't use pdf files. I have adobe, just the reader though.

I do want to mention, once you send the fax they will send you a notice to your email and you have to click the link it gives before it sends the fax.

Thanks for the wonderful information!!! I just emailed all my letters and faxed two of them, I guess that is the max amount per day but that's still ok and very convenient. I will fax 2 more tomorrow and the last 2 on Monday. I will be anxious to see the replys I get from these people. As long as they are not bothering me at work all is good :lol:

Come someone tell me or show an example letter that I should be using to sent the the crediters. I'm only 30 days late when is the best time to sent the letter

What type of creditor? Also what state are you in?

Temple do you have a payday loan? You may need to check one of the other forums if you question is not regarding a payday loan.

Neither. Always send a letter like that USPS certified mail with a return reciept for your records and you WILL need your records.

the OP did send them that way,but like me wanted them to get them sooner.i emailed mine as well.
