I mailed out by certified mail all six of my pdl letters. I want to use a back up by either emailing or faxing them too. Is it better to email or fax them? I want to make certain that they can't say I never sent the letters. Certified mail is the best, I know, but their addresses seem to change often so I want to be certain that they are received. Let me know what you think.

kfstaff24 , ty.. glad I could help someone. It was hard finding a fax service (free) one let alone that didn't use pdf files. I have adobe, just the reader though.

I do want to mention, once you send the fax they will send you a notice to your email and you have to click the link it gives before it sends the fax.

Thanks for the wonderful information!!! I just emailed all my letters and faxed two of them, I guess that is the max amount per day but that's still ok and very convenient. I will fax 2 more tomorrow and the last 2 on Monday. I will be anxious to see the replys I get from these people. As long as they are not bothering me at work all is good
