I have made a large mistake by taking out one payday loan and then it just snowballed into about 21 payday loans. Some are storefront and other were over the internet. I am trying to find out if the internet ones are licensed in missouri. I wish I had found your site months ago. There is just no way I could pay back 21 at one time. Some of the storefront companies are now garnishing my wages, but at least they are slowly being paid.

Thank you for your offer of assistance. I have listed only the internet borrowers:
United Cash Loans
Cash Central
Check City
CashNet USA
PayDay to Go
Money & More
Zip 19
US Fast Cash
Impact Cash
A2B Cash
Payday on Line
MTE Financial (Instant PayDay)
CA USA
PayCo
Cash Advance Now

I know this is alot. I have a lot of digging to get myself out of this mess. Any help/advice is greatly appreicated. Again, I am in Missouri.

Many thanks!

Wow by just taking a glance at your list of PDLs. I will tell you over 80% of them are ILLEGAL as heck!

USFASTCASH
PAYCO (formerly known as AIP)
MTE FINANCIAL
A2B Cash
Impact Cash
Money & More
Payday on-line if not PAYDAYONE
PayDay to Go
Zip 19
United Cash Loans

If I were you I would look into closing your bank account then make a list of how much you have paid each lender in rollover fees and principal payments. They may owe you some money. First you definately need to secure your bank account and get control of your money! The other PDLs on your list may be ILLEGAL as well but I am not to sure. Others will be along to help you. If you conduct a search in the box uptop on each you can get more information of use to you. Best of Luck! :)

Sorry, I have another question. Regarding some of my on line loans (with illegal lenders) There were a couple that I made interest payments on and then paid them off and took them back out. Can I use the amount of interest I paid on the original loan or since it was paid off do I have to just use the amount for the current loan? I think it is just the current loan amount, but since these places are so shady I thought I should ask. They have received a lot of money from me if you look at the big picture.... Thank you!

Thank you all so much. This site is wonderful. In going through my bank statements I see payments/deposits from DFS and CCO Financial. I don't see these listed on my list however, I do have two Cash Central and Check City that I can't find deposits/payments on. Does anyone know if the above abbrevations go with these two companies?

Thanks!

If I were you, I would work on all legal lenders first then the illegal ones. Make sure you read the sticky about closing your bank account if it was just recently closed. Securing your bank account is a priority. After that contact all your legal lenders to make payment arrangments then work on the illegal ones. While you are working with the legal lenders you can send all your letters to the illegal ones revoking ACH and notifying them that they are not licensed to lend in your state and that you are requesting a refund.
