I'm trying to get a pif from a payday lender. I sent the letter originally telling them I revoke ach, etc etc. They have honored that but we've gone back and forth about whether or not they are legal in my state (they are not). I have not heard anything from them requesting payment and haven't gotten any phone calls or emails. If I try to log-in on their website, will it reopen a can of worms or could it be helpful to see the status?

It wouldn't matter if you logged in or not, it isn't going to change the status of anything. They may have blocked you from signing in though, some pdl's do that.

When I was dealing with 500Fastcash they acted the same way. When I did log back on the web site, it showed my account as paid in full and closed. I gave up on the refund.

One suggestion, if you do log back in and it states you are paid in full, take a snapshot of the page and keep it in your records, just in case they decide to come back on you in the future. :D

If you are not sure how to do that just hit the "Print screen" button on your keyboard. Then open up Paint and paste it. Then save it on your computer.
