bank debited 6700.00 for past due rent from lawyers office

I went to check my bank account this morning to pay bills turns out that a lawyer debited 6700.00 out of my account for a judgment for past due rent in the amount of 3500.00. Now my account is thousands of dollars overdrawn!!! I am aware of the balance and was going to pay them when I received my tax return but why are they debiting 3200.00 extra dollars there is no interest involved it is not a credit called debt and I was not personally served with papers what do I do to pay them the 3500.00 dollars and get my bank account out of the negative someone please help me I do not even know where to start!!!

You need to find out if you were sued. How you were served. If you were even served?
I'm hoping NASCAR_devil or skydivr see this post. They are way more knowledgeable than me regarding these types of things and could definitely steer you in the right direction of what you need to do now.
