Yes the SOL in Texas is 4 years so a complete cease and desist is in order to shut them up. as long as you have proof then do nothing but send them this letter. If they ever sue you, you have them over a barrel and are looking to score some buck from them.....You should also check your credit reports to be sure they haven't been poisioned by these companies.
