help payday loan information

I live in the state of Florida, I have a payday loan with Ameriloan, $300, defaulted. I also defaulted on Kenwood Services $350....I read on here that Ameriloan is illegal in Florida but what about Kenwood Services??

Ameriloan is indeed illegal. I believe Kenwood is as well but it does depend in the state law. Florida does require the payday lender to be licensed in the state.
I did not find Kenwood Services in the license database so I am going to assume they are also illegal/unlicensed.
