what rights do i have when a collection agency calls me and calls me names and hangs up frequently when i call?

Tell them that all calls are being recorded, if they don't want

Tell them that all calls are being recorded, if they don't want to be recorded to hang up. Get a recorder and record the calls, then sue them. You should also send them a DV letter by CMRRR.
