I owe an outstanding balance to discover card which transferred it to client services. It been over a year that I worked out a payment agreement with client services. I would like to payoff the balance in full. I'm not sure how should I do this, should I send a letter first or send a letter and a check?

I don't receive an invoice from client services. They debt my checking account every month. Is there a sample letter that u may have that I can send them. I just want to cover myself just in case they try to add on some other charges in the future.
