For BOA (FIA Card Services) I was able to get 6 months to pay on a settlement at 50% of a $13,000 debt.

Do u know if boa is still making settlements on accounts owed I am trying to settle but they tell me they don't do that anymore. Does anyone know if this is true ir they are just trying to make me repay full amount on their terms thnks

BoA has new rule not settlement until it's 90 days late. I settled 30K for 25% paid in three months @ 100 day late. Typically, BoA is the most easy to deal with.
