904 number - is this a scam? - threatening BAD THINGS!

sounds like US NATIONAL BANK.i wouldn't call this cretin back.he is in INDIA and can't do a thing but threaten you.it's not worth it to even call him back.

thats what i was thinking... honestly, i had no intention of calling this guy back. although they did call me twice, the 2nd voicemail was just music playing for 30 seconds.

i have to say that i hadn't been trolling these boards for the past few monthes, i probably would have not known any better and would have freaked out and called the guy back, and who knows what would have happened. you guys are doing a good thing here. thank you, and keep at it.

Seems like they are back in full force with the calls. Today I got about 12 calls in a row on my work line. One of my co-workers suggested sending the call to our campus police department. Since I did that, I have had no more calls from them - not that I think it will totally stop them. Today was the worst it has ever been with them - usually they call my cell, leave a message, call my work phone and leave a message and that is it.

let me try to explain why.you see.it's tax time and these creeps know that refunds come out soon or some already have them.just do as you've done before.hang up on the clowns.

Oh Gosh these US NATIONAL BANK goons are back again. Please IGNORE them and do not give them any information. They are definately scammers and have thousand of complaints against them. They come out of hiding every full moon..LMAO :P

scripted for sure. i get the one where roger brian says if i dont return the call the very second i get this message then all he can do is wish me good luck.

Hahahahaha isn't that the truth if it is not "bad things will happen its wishing someone good luck. I cant stop laughing this is too funny. I wish they would change the script.

so this guy tried to call my cell 15 times yesterday, half of those instances while i was at work. now im thinking that because they only called my cell and not my work number that they dont actually have my work number. what do you guys think? because really, calling my work 200 times a day would be the only way they can really bother me. otherwise, im just gonna ignore all calls to my cell from that number.

I had the exact same 004-081-5573 number call me today. They called a few days ago, and left an odd message, I immediately figured it was a scam and deleted it. But early this morning they called again, and again. I made the mistake of picking up.

It was the same Indian man named Jason. They told me I took out a loan over the internet and had never paid it back. I never took out a loan over the internet, nor did i ever get any e-mails or mail saying such things before. He said since they were an internet company they weren't required to.

Everytime I asked him exactly where he was from, he never gave me a direct answer. He told me if I didn't pay by 11 am today I would be arrested. He also had my social security number and other info. But I wasn't going to give any money if he couldn't prove that it was real.

We called the police in Florida (where he said he was located) and in my hometown. They said it was probably a scam and I need to file a police report.
