I have met some real winners in my day...these guys take the cake!!

$90 on a $300 loan- rollover 4 or 5 times and they then take out an extra $50 to pay down the balance for you.

Try to talk to a supervisor about them being illegal? Well, if talking in circles doesn't work on you and you ask them if they hire "lawyers" who don't care about state laws and the answer will be: yes, they do not care and nor do we.

I give him kudos for having a bit of moxy, but wow!

I'm in AZ and have overpaid them by $50. Because I told them to stop they will put me in collections....before actually defaulting by the way.

I was told to keep reading the loan documents I signed...so I did...and got to the part where it says they and I have to abide by the laws of the state where the LENDER resides only. That's great...they reside in Nevada.

Oh, and Nevada is very interested in the company who is acting as a payday loan lender without a license in that state to do business of ANY kind.

I could have been nice and left it as a wash if they had just closed the account and not taken any money out...but they insist they will and insist I read the loan documents....so I will INSIST on sending in this claim where an investigator in Nevada is ready to read it because they were JUST that interested.

If they hadn't gotten a "lawyer" with a crack jack box degree, they might have told them not to post their actual address for money orders on the web site.

My bank put a freeze on them ( which they can blow through of course, but it gives me more ammo if they do) and disputed 9 transactions totally around $600. I was able to give the investigators of the bank the loan papers, the complaint forms and liturature about the laws here.

The AZ people told me I do not have to pay anything back and should get a total refund from them because they were in the wrong the whole time and the department would seek those funds on my behalf.

I told one guy I knew they didn't like me there ( when I was still speaking with togethercash) to which he replied he didnt know me to not like me.

I smiled and said maybe not, but I promise you'll hate me soon =)

I spoke to the attorney generals office in WA. and I am filing a complaint through them and with the BBB. Is there another place I need to file a claim with our should I speak with a lawyer? They are trying to charge me $500 for a $200 loan I did NOT authorize or send any form of signed documentation back (which by the way they claim they have ALL of it and SIGNED...pfft). Any responses to this would be great thanks!

I have been trying to phone together for weeks in order to pay off my loan. No answer - just music forever- and they keep taking out the interest. I'm going to put a stop on this account at my bank today - should get their attention, you think? Any ideas or guidance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Your account will never be safe again since they have your account information, you would be better off closing out that account and making payments via the mail with money orders. What state are you in?
