I just checked my credit report and on the Transunion on AIS is reporting a negative account for DJR group and epprocessing. How do I go about disputing this? They are both illegal to lend in my State of Michigan. Will Transunion remove the negative activity due to this reason?

Just say that AIS is collecting for an illegal unlicensed intern

Just say that AIS is collecting for an illegal unlicensed internet payday loan company and they have not responded to your request for debt validation. Also look to see if AIS is licensed to collect in your state, if they are not licensed call them direct and tell them you need their license number and demand they remove their comments from your report. Make sure you file complaints with your AG, FTC etc.
