BMG (Bahamas Marketing Group) & Paycheck Today

(No one has responed to any of the emails I sent since 1-22-09)
The same thing goes for PayCheck today. I got a message left on my home phone stating I had to call back by 5 pm. The message said I was being reported to telecheck and the 3 credit groups. My cell phone had a text message to call them.
I haven't returned the calls and don't plan on it.
I closed my checking account last month. This is the first time I heard anything from them since then.
I sent them both the illegal in New Jersey letter using the template.
I am not sure what I should do next. Can anyone help me please.

when i was talking to their senior collector she said she would accept the principle amount, you just have to stay firm and stand your ground. my suggestion would be to put it on a pre paid debit card and just let them debit it. only cost a dollar and if they try to get greedy your bank account is not in jeopardy.
