I sent the letters...

With help from this board, today I went to the bank and opened a new checking account after explaining to them my situation. They were great.

Then I came home and sent out nine PDL letters following the template from this site.

I then called my work supervisor and explained about revoking wage assessment. She was understanding to say the least and will deal with any PDL's if they call.

I feel much better. Hopefully all this will work. Thanks to you all for the help. I'll keep you posted. I'm sure my phone will be ringing off the hook tomorrow. Thanks again.
