Utah BBB

Yes that happened to me. The complaint needs to be filed in the city the pdl is located.

Thanks Kstaff. Still seems strange though. Their website shows an address in Utah and they don't even loan to people who live in Missouri. I wonder why they would transfer offices now after going back and forth with the Utah office?

I cant answer that question but I do know one of my complaints was transferred to another city. You will hear from the BBB in MO once the transfer takes place.

There is no Utah office. Not a real one anyway. Just a mail forwarding service. Geneva Roth has always been in Kansas City. At one time, they even listed a Kansas City address on their Utah lending license.

Filing BBB complaints is really a waste of time. They have no legal authority.....they only push paper.

Complaints should go thru your states AG office.

But not only AG office, but also the FTC.

Well the BBB helped me settle with Ameriloan and also ARM of FL so I feel differently about that but I do agree with some of the others it was a waste of time but having the complaint on file so others can see is IMO a good thing.

kfstaff, I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC about all of my payday loans and emailed them all the letters and the complaint numbers. How did it work for you with the BBB? One of the company's email address keeps bouncing. They are the only company that continues to call.
