Help with Geneva Roth

I got a $500 loan and have paid $935. I have sent them numerous emails (to the customer service department and two individuals) revoking authorization to debit my account but they continue to do so. I keep calling them and they do the broken record thing and don't listen to me, saying I have not yet paid off the loan. I need help with this! Do I need to close my account? I requested from the bank today to block them, and I have filed a complaint for a refund with the BBB, but I am really angry that they have ignored my demands in writing to stop debiting my account.

then GENEVA ROTH is illegal.you only owe the principle borrowed.you have way overpaid them,and are entitled top a refund.yes close your account.if it is negative put it on DEPOSITS ONLY status until even.then close it.shazzers has a sticky in this forum on how to deal with illegal lenders.do as it recommends.let me know if you have any other questions.
