United Cash loans responded to my BBB complaint.

They said "We recognize your complaint as a form letter that is circulating the internet that is full of misleading information. Unfortunately we cannot honor the requests made by the consumer because they are not valid"
What the heck? I'm not gonna accept that..no way.. I responded again with exactly what I was demanding and complaining about the first time that they are an illegal company that is not licensed to give loans to residents of my state or any state and that I am only obligated to pay the principal balance I originally borrowed and to please set up payment arrangements.. gave them my account number and (etc)
I wonder how they will respond next.

That's interesting that you even received a response from them. I also have a loan with them and sent out letters, faxes, emails and I've heard nothing back from them at all. I'm sure they are just going to turn it over to a collection agency so someone else can hound me all day long. I did speak with the NC Attorney General's office this morning and the man assured me that there is nothing they can do to me. He said if they don't want to accept what you owe them, principal balance only, then oh well.

funny that is the exact same letter i got about my BBB complaint with AMERILOAN.talk about a form letter.they take the cake.
