showing payment on credit report

I just got a loan and was suprised to find a payment of $310 on my credit report I am not making. The last activity on this account was 5/03. How can I get this changed so it doesn't show up as a out going payment from my current income?

Does it show a balance? Please list th edetails of the tradelin

yes it shows a balance$xxxx, date update 12/2003,high balance$xxxx, credit limit $xxxx,past due >1900charged off, date opened 05/1995 date closed 12/2003 estimated date that this item will be removed 04/2010
