Has anyone dealt with them?
I had paid them 4 payments of $50 for an alltel bill. My credit report now shows that AFNI owns it and I have spoke with afni and they say that dont have any proof.
I have called First revenue Assurance 2 times now and they say they will send me a letter showing my payments. Still have not.
What should I do?

First Revenue Assurance has got a C+ rating with BBB. This doesn

If you're sure that you've no issues with AFNI then send a dispute letter to the credit bureau asking them to remove the account.
