More information on check into cash and CA check cashing

Will check into cash call my employer immediately once it gets to collections? Does anyone know anything about how CA check cashing collections works? Could the pdl owner who was so helpful before give me some more info? Thanks
I had California Check Cashing and they did call me at both numb
I had California Check Cashing and they did call me at both numbers (home and work), but they were OK to deal with.
