Payday loan help with Check into Cash and CA Check cashing

I want to workout arrangements with both of these pdls. They wouldn't let me do epps. Once I get to collections, I do have a number in Oakland, CA for CA check cashing. They say I can make arrangements with them,but I'm worried they will only accept large amounts or full payment. I'm really worried about Check into CASH collection. I' ve dealt with CASH 1 and they were horrible. threats, calling relatives, etc. Does anyone have information of the best way to deal with them?


i thought check into cash were CFSA members.i would speak to the manager before you default on that.as far as CA check cashing goes.i would speak to a regional manager on that.you should be able to invoke the EPP with CFSA members.the regular employees will not honor it.you must speak to or see the manager for that.do this before your next due date.if you default the EPP is no longer in play.

I did have a loan with Cal Check Cashing and they are indeed CFSA members. They will indeed honor an EPP. I know, because I did it. Just keep all of your paperwork showing that you're making your payments, because they have a bad habit of losing it. But once you produce the paperwork, you're fine.
I had no problem getting on an EPP, they were actually very reasonable about it. But you have to fill out the paperwork before your loan becomes due.
