HELP ME IN DEALING WITH MY LOAN PLACES. Phone calls with USFastCash...

i know that PA has a crazy loophole that if a pdl has license anywhere you follow that states laws.i know that BOTH usfastcash and 500fastcash are MTE and highly illegal.will effort whether the other two are legal or not.

I just posted in another thread that a California appeals court ruled that the state can't enforce its laws against United Cash Loans unless it could prove the Indian tribes are not the "real" lenders. 500FastCash and USFastCash are part of the same company as UCL. That doesn't make the loans legal - far from it - but it means there isn't much that can be done about them. The best thing to do is avoid the calls which will eventually subside. These companies have never filed lawsuits against anyone - they just harass you till you pay. But if you're patient they'll eventually go away.

The same here; I received calls from us fast cash & united cash loans on my cell & home phone 2 times a day. I was laid off several months ago & they are very harrasing people. Also I had a loan with us advance & they were harrasing me too, in fact one rep named "John" had called me a getto & a lowest slime of the earth. I did find a lawyer & have a good case for harrasment but when my former lawyer tried to serve this company with the court papers, he could not due to they only have a po box & drop my case, I guess these companies can get away with any thing.
