What basic info should I get when OC calls?

I am new to this whole process, but my situation is like many of you here. I am just starting the process of going bad on all my CC's and I'm awaiting my first calls. My question to the forum is, what basic information should I collect when I get a call from each OC? I have read that it is important to keep good notes through this process and I would appreciate a few suggestions on what information is most important to collect from each OC. Also, what type of info should I relinqish to them about my financial situation? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
