I defaulted on a few online pay day loans 6 months ago. I can't seem to figure out what to do to clean up the mess. Unfortunately at this time they have been sold off to shady agencies. I have paid a load of fees from the loan interest to bank NSF fees. My checking account charged off at a ending balance of $2k. Can I talk to the bank and make some arrangement w/them? PLEASE ANY HELP or suggestions. Here is the list of the pay day companies...I reside in OREGON.
**CASH NET USA-sold off to PN Financial
**ARROW HEAD-sold to National Credit Adjusters
**Debt Doctor-sold to National Credit Adjusters
**Loan Point
**VC Funding Tran

When I say a load that means I have taken out at least 3 loans and rolled them over at least 3 months or more. They finally got me when I fell behind on some things and could no longer keep up w/my regular expenses. That was when the debits kept coming every other day causing NSF fees almost every day. My bank would not do anything unless I paid off my pay day loans. That wasn't going to happen. Now my bank has charged off and I owe them $2k. Here is the listing to the pay day loans that also defaulted, but has been paid. I know that I probably over paid some of them.
**LOAN SHOP-Paid the amount I borrowed
**Nation Wide-Paid them $500 on a $300 loan
**One Click Cash-Paid them $500 on a $300 loan
**CASH TRANSFER CENTERS-Garnished my wages $500 on a $300 loan

Can someone just tell me what I need to do to protect myself? Some of these defaulted loans are under shady agencies that are threatening me w/law suits and so on. I know there's nothing they can do except harrass me. HOW DO I GET THEM OFF MY BACK?
