I was advised to treat USFASTCASH and 500FASTCASH as illegal. As soon as I told them I knew they were illegal, they have backed down a little bit. They still won't accept my offer of paying $120 (the rest of the principle) though. Fine. Then, they won't get anything. Debating on if I should send it if it won't accomplish anything, and I COULD use that money to save. Upfront money - not sure what to do about them, but they never called me yet.
Anyway, Biggest Cash is AWFUL! They call my work place 3x per day (I work 2nd shift in a lab, so I'm never there). Security ops tell them I'm NOT accepting calls, and to stop calling. They say they will stop, if I ask them to (which I've tried to do).
They are demanding $480. I took out $300 and paid $90, so I said I'd be glad to send $210, if my account is PIF. They refused this. Then, the rude person said they are doing me a favor by not charging *everything* I owe really. (That's funny because my calculations say I currently would owe $480). They will only accept money orders if they are sent overnight and give them a tracking #. Or a pre-paid debit card. This is a long way come since when they said they don't have an address...
Anyway, the guy said he would mark I was refusing to pay. I said, I'm not refusing to pay. I will pay $210, and the second your company sends me your business license, I will pay you everything I owe. He said "oh boy, this is a new one." This was as some rap music was playing in the background (how legit).
He then told me to have a nice day.
Then, yesterday, I get a call. The guy mentions how I'm demanding their license. He says "well we can't secure it for you, but it doesn't matter, you signed a contract and you took the loan."
DO we think this means they are illegal? Should I send the $210? Also, they currently are not obeying my emails saying to stop calling. They also said they are going to try to take all the money from my acct (enjoy trying). I sent a complaint through the BBB, not answered yet, should I try one with my AG office? I'm worried. Does they contract mean I'm required to pay on their terms even though we know they are illegal??? My boyfriend says it might.
Thanks for all the help
Paul is right. If they can't produce a license then I say they
Paul is right. If they can't produce a license then I say they are illegal which make the whole contract void.
You only owe them the $210. File a complaint with the AG.
Biggest Cash, I've seen this somewhere before but I can't rememb
Biggest Cash, I've seen this somewhere before but I can't remember where! If my memory serves me right then they are affiliated with B.I.G., which would make them illegal, but I am not 100% certain of that, keep checking back as others may have information for you. Well I cant say for sure they are illegal but sometimes actions
Well I cant say for sure they are illegal but sometimes actions speak way louder than a license number. I would treat them as an unlicensed/illegal PDL unless they can prove otherwise. Just my 2 cents.
