sorry again : need advice: medical debt?

Recently a 505$ medical debt appeared on my report, only on one of the three CR agencies.
I can't afford to pay it now. I did get medical services but do not remember the bill being so high. Would anyone please help with an advice?
Should I send debt validation letter?
How should I approach this in order to get it of my report as soon as I can?

Sure, definitely send them a DV letter.
If you want it off your report, the best way is to pay it in full. If you settle, it will most likely say "Paid less than the full amount", or whatever wording they use, for 7 years.
