GRC Funding Help!

I received a $200 loan from GRC Funding in Dec of 2008. I never received any of the paperwork in the mail like they said I would with details of payback, etc. They are now taking out $60 every two weeks, for a total of $300 so far. I have read many unfavorable things about this company so I want to make sure and get this taken care of before I am out even more money. How do I deal with this?!?
