Has anyone dealt with paydayonline.com?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with paydayonline.com? I've sent the validation letter but have not had a response. From the BBB, I see that the complaints were simply unanswered. I've paid 1250 on a 600 loan and would like to get a PIF, and possibly refund(although I know that is unlikely). paydayonline is also 500fastcash aka Rio Resources. Located in Miami Ok. They are well known for using underhanded tactics for collecting. They are not licensed to lend in any State.

For your information, the original creditor does not have to validate a debt, it doesn't apply to in house collections either, that is a FDCPA law and only applies to third party collectors.

Thanks for the info... I know the validation is for 3rd party, but I've modified the letter i found in the forum to fit the loan and state law and sent it to two companies already. Both letters worked and resulted in a PIF, so I figured it would be worth a shot.

It just goes to show they if they worked then they don't even know the law that they attempt to quote and threaten people with.

You probably had them stumped as your letter didn't fit into any of their "template" situations...lol
