I'm in debt about 15,000 all med. bills what should i do chapter 13 or debt consolidators, i can olny pay about 200.mo they want more. can someone tell me what is best.

Firstly, just make the arrangements with them based on what you can do. Be very clear that this is all you can afford.
Maybe you can work with an approved credit counseling agency. The best they may help you budget, at worse you can then matriculate to Ch 13.
