Has your IRS Refund been Intercepted?

I got a strange half of a computer generated voice mail at home the other day that went something like this "becuase we think it was accessed by a third party, please press one to be connected with our security department". No number was given to call, and the caller ID was "out of area". That was it. The reason I think it has something to do with my Federal Refund is beaucase it has been 15 days today since I had my taxes done at HR Block and had it direct deposited into my checking account, at least that is where I thought it was going. My state is already in my checking account.

Has anyone one else got this strange voice mail or has not had their refund yet? Really need some advise right now, kinda scared as to what is going on.

i would call the H&R block branch where you did your return luke and find out.i wouldn't trust that message either.i did my return through H&R block and had no problem.still there have been complaints about the returns taking longer by some.

go to the irs.gov website and use where my refund and check to see what you find out there. Thats how I knew when my daughters refund was going to be in her checking account. I used H&R Block website. Otherwise I would call the IRS and talk to them about this and give them the phone number from your caller id.
