copy of letter to pressler & pressler

The company I used to work for, HA Dehart & Son, paid most of my dept out of my pay since Pressler and Pressler had a judgment against me. My new company I now work for, Dejana Truck Equipment, since receiving notices of the wage execution ordered from Pressler and Pressler have also sent payments to the court clerk for Pressler and Pressler but checks were being sent back totaling $800.00. Dejana Truck Equipment is holding that money waiting for a letter of satisfaction from the courts or Pressler and Pressler. I have sent a letter on 12-10-08 to the Camden County Courts Clerk Of the Special Civil Part Harriet Insler and the clerk Off. Richard Norman who the checks were being sent to, requesting an answer to why the checks were returned and the reply which was scribbled on my letter stated that the judgment had been paid in full on August 2008. I then contacted Pressler and Pressler 12-17-08 and spoke to Shawn and inquired why Dejana Truck Equipment was still receiving notices into the wage execution and demanding money if the courts are sending back the checks telling them the case was paid. Shawn stated I now owe them interest on this judgment. I requested that a letter be sent to me stating that this is interest(interest that I thought had already been calculated on the judgment)owed and when this total amount requested was paid that a letter of satisfaction will be sent. The answer on the other end of the phone stated that I will only get the standard letter of, send payment directly to Pressler and Pressler, which I received. Now Dejana Truck Equipment is receiving the same letter again, in which they want filled out stating, when was the last time you sent payment and what was the amount. I would like to pay the remainder of the judgment but I am afraid I will never get a letter of satisfaction from Pressler and Pressler or the Camden County Courts, whoever is to issue it. I need to get rid of this dept and get Pressler and Pressler to cease and desist. It has been 2 years of Pressler and Pressler and I have had enough of the harassment I and these two companies I have worked for have endured. I now am receiving notices from Pressler and Pressler demanding I bring my payment to them directly to their office.
I am sending final payment to Pressler and Pressler direct, since the Court Clerk keeps sending checks back, via certified mail, and sending a copy to the Camden County Court Clerk Of The Special Civil Part Harriet Insler and Court Officer Richard Norman for the issuance of a certificate of satisfaction of judgment. Upon receipt I am asking the court clerk to send to the attorney for the judgment creditor a letter seeking the issuance of a certificate of satisfaction of judgment and that certificate be issued within the court and requesting the clerk to send a copy to the judgment debtor and Dejana Truck Equipment since they were issued the wage execution. If no objection is received within 10 days from the date of the letter I am requesting the court clerk to issue the certificate of satisfaction on the record. If there is an objection to the judgment not being paid in full I am eagerly looking forward to the court clerk to set the matter down for a hearing and notify all involved.
