Im 89k in credit card debt and married and self emplyed and was wondering does my wifes income affect my chances of getting low payments on a chap 13 payment plan im NJ also

If you file by yourself, then no, her income will not be conside
If you file by yourself, then no, her income will not be considered.
However, her expenses cannot be considered then either (ie if she pays half the rent, then you can't list that you pay the full rent). This leaves more of your income available to pay into the plan.
