Please help. I have several payday loans in Texas and want them paid in full but I continue to pay more in fees than I can afford.

United Cash Loans $300 loan /paid $605/still owe balance of $195 to pay in full

mycashnow.com
$880 loan/paid$409.64/still owe balance of $1465.20

US fast Cash
loan $300/have paid $180, payoff balance $390

Can someone please offer suggestions as what I can do legally

i can tell you as part of MTE usfascash and united cash loans are not going to be licensed or registered at all.you are done with united,in fact you over paid by 305.00.usfastcash you owe 120.00.i would secure your bank account or close it and open a new one.i think mycashnow is as a CSO,so you will have to work something out.again the two MTE pdl's are illegal and one owes you while the other you owe 120.00.

Paul, mycashnow is an illegal payday loan lender :), I couldn't find them listed as a CSO at all in the Texas CSO data base. This is the info I have on this company:

MyCashNow.Com Inc. (Illegal)
Grand Anse, St. George's
Milwaukee, WI 53214
Telephone: (866) 398-2274
support(at)mycashnow.com
1-866-645-1662 and 1-866-318-2274

Thanks PDL I lived in MKE all my life and never have heard of that address.... as I said.. I went to dig a bit.. and couldn't find anything in that zip code w/ that name. The actual address kinda gives it away I think.. it Says St. George.. well isn't St. George an island?

And apparently it is..http://www.aaaltman.com/property.php?propertyID=947
