Does anyone have experience with CheckNGo - I am hoping that I can work out a payment plan with them and was wondering what to expect. Thanks!

Then you can get what is called an EPP, Extended Payment plan. You can request this at least one day before the payment is due.

They will break the payments into four equal payments over four paydays. The interest stops and there is no fee for it.

Make sure you speak to a manager. If they do not know what an EPP is then contact the corporate office.

Be advised, the EPP does not work for every state. Some state laws do not allow for the four payments...even though Check N Go is a member of CFSA. State law over rules CFSA membership by-laws. The people at CFSA are helpful and can tell you if the EPP will work in your state.

Fron the CFSA website..

Quote:

If a state has adopted a requirement for a repayment plan in state law, members shall comply with those requirements. The CFSA Best Practices Extended Payment Plan may not be available to customers in states with statutory payment plan requirements.

So it sounds like if the state has a re-payment statute already the the CFSA EPP does not override.
