I have done all the work suggested in these forums. My bank account is securely frozen as this will ensure these illegal debits get returned. I have a secure account at another bank which I will never compromise.

Out of the 9 illegal lenders, I have only been able to get a PIF email from 2 of them. The calls have stopped, but I'm afraid if I don't get something in writing that says PIF status, that I will run into problems down the road, as it seems like some people have here in these discussions.

Any suggestions on how to get these people to give me a PIF? I asked for that and refund in my ACH revocation letter, but apparently they don't know how to read.

I continue to get the emails threats which I am not worried about.

Any suggestions/advise would be appreciated.

I am in Arizona.

just keep emailing them your PIF request.did you file AG complaints.that might be your next step.remember these places are illegal for a reason.they don't care about the law and will resist.do not worry about the lack of PIF'S yet.

Paul is right dont worry about the PIF, I have gotten emails and letters forwarded from the BBB stating account closed. I hate to tell you this but even with a PIF and letters stating closed, these illegal lenders, as Paul states, do not care about the law. You could still hear from a CA down the road.

Thanks, no I haven't filed complaints yet, since it is only been 4 weeks since I started this mess, was waiting to see if it would clear up without going through that hassle.

I'll check into filing with the AG's office. The Arizona Department of Financial Institute has a complaint form too. Have you used them at all or just the AG's office?

Thanks!
