Ok, this company is illegal in the state of WA & I have sent them the letter regarding same. They continue to contact me & today.... I got this email. Im thinking it is just another attempt, but I thought I would post it here for a 2nd opinion from those that Know.... Thanks

typical form e-mail.i got that when i first defaulted with them too.there e-mail means nothing.you and they go by your state laws.being unlicensed and illegal they just ignore that fact.keep doing what your doing.

A couple of weeks ago the told me they were sending their "affiliates" here.......... but nobody ever showed up... hahaha

After the email this morning, now they call my work.
I tell the dumb a** on the phone, that they cannot call me at work, nor at home & the only form of communication must be by email or by regular mail, and I hang up
2 second later they call my cell phone & leave a message that I must call back at once, or else this matter will be escalated.!!!!

I paid off a loan with this company on 2/06/09 and today I got an email from them saying they were having a problem with my bank account......DUH that is becuase I closed it due to the threat of fraud by companies such as theirs. If I hadn't taken that sept they would have debited my account 7 taken funds they had no right to! I love this board. It has helped me a TON. I still have 2 outstanding pay day loans that I can't find to make arrangements with them. I am sure that they will contact me when they can't get any money out of my account!
