I told them that by state law, I owe them nothing and have actually overpaid them.
I'm sticking to my guns on this....Internet pdls are illegal in my state (KY),...so the guy pops off with "So, they are illegal, or so you say...so what were you doing when you initiated the loan?".....I'm going to resend the first letter and amend the amounts listed.
