We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

boy they send a template to say you sent a template.countless others have this in there files where responses to complaints are kept.this place uses the same letter for every complaint.they are something else...literally.

I also said that I have paid them much more than i actually owed them and that they were illegal in the state of Alabama because they do not have a license to lend in this state. Oh, yeah, I also put that I am going to file another complaint with my AG and the FTC.
