Internet payday loans

my husband and I got behind in our bills and became overwhelmed. We took out some internet loans to try to help us through and became caught up in the whole payday loan rollercoaster. Some of the ones he has are MTE,Qloot,Ameriloan,United cash loans. There are more,but I'd have to check my records. They won't take small payments and are threatening internet fraud. We live in Ohio. Is this legal to sue for internet fraud. Can we file bankruptcy on these if they refuse to work with us. Really need some advice. Please Help.

if you could list the other pdl's you have as well as the following.
amount borrowed from each amount
amount debited by each total.
i can tell you that MTE,AMERILOAN,and UNITED CASH are all under the same umbrella and totally illegal.on these you only owe what you borrowed nothing more.please try to come up the info requested.we can and will help you here.
