So i was summoned to court by Howard Lee Schiff.. and setup a payment arrangement which was great.. when i went online to their website and typed in the amount i authorized which was about 50.00 a month the page auto refreshed and did not go to the 2nd or 3rd page of the screen instead the full amount was paid, when i called them they stated that i should learn how to work a computer.. and although they had my written agreement in front of them and then a payment for the full amount it wasnt there problem.. i am fighting to get my money back now due to a total cost between there error and bank fees approx 1000 dollars

This company looks like a big scam to me. Howard lee schiff has been dead for 2 years I think and now people are probably tarnishing his name from the looks of it. If you go all the way to the bottom, you see his name. hlschiffpc.com/profiles.html

They also list themselves as a P.C. but when I look into the corporation divisions of the states, they are not listed. People need to watch out for this company.

I'm dealing with them now. Unfortunately! Recieved a summons a couple of weeks ago and called them up recently to set up a payment arrangement before court in April. Agreed to pay 110.00 per month and they were supposed to mail me paperwork with the payment agreement to sign and send back to them. I still have yet to recieve it almost 2 weeks later! I'm thinking that they're not following thru in hopes that I won't show up for court now that there is a payment agreement and when I don't show up they'll order a judgment. Don't think so! I'll be showing up anyway. If you get this straightened out I would not make payments online. Good luck!
