I settled 4 B of Amer business accounts on Feb 26 all at 10% in 3 payments. They are working hard to get what they can this month. I really encourage you to call them today. These were business accounts. Accounts were 150 days delinquent. Good luck.

I got a settlement deal with them a couple of days ago. Balance was $40K, (personal accounts) and we settled on $6500 payable in 3 installments. (Just over 16%) I was almost 150 days late. I have heard that the very best deals with BofA come around that time, and it worked for me!

Call them Back!

I received a call from sank of america today and settled for 15% of my balance! The accounts were business cc accounts. The number is 888-538-6262. I you receive a call I would recommend calling them back.
