Need more help with PDL's

I am going today to close my bank account and reopen a new one. I'm sick of City View just taking money whenever they want.
Since I have 3 storefront loans too, I have spoken to Progressive Debt Relief. They said that they could work with the storefronts as well. Has anyone worked with this company? Is this worth the time and effort? And the money they charge? I want to get out of this neverending cycle, and don't know if I can do it myself. I can't use the EPP with Advance America until August, but I can with Express and intend to do it. I also d not know if my other store front Quick Lend even offers one.
Thanks so much for your help!

You would be better off doing these on your own in my opinion. You can could call Quick Lend and ask if they offer an EPP.

If you paid interest or rollover fees they count as going towards the principle.

If I could figure out how to know which ones are licensed and which aren't that'd be great. I've searched and searched and cannot find it. I know that MS law requires them to be licensed in MS.

I does not look like MS has a license database. I know Magnum is illegal as they are not legal anywhere and I had a loan with them.
You can try searching here and see if you can find the PDLs that way and what info is on them.
