Is 50% good with WAMU or can you do better after charge off??

I settled most of my own debt at or around 20-30%. My wife has 2 wamu business accounts with 9,000 and 1 with 12,000. I have enough to settle at 20% 1 lump sum or 5,000 with 4 payments. I was thinking like 2,400 and 1,800. Both are at or near charge off 150+ days. What do people think. They will settle the 9,000 one for 4,500 right now which is all my $ on the smallest one. Then the other will sure to CO. They are done in a week and will go to Chase. So for those who have worked after a charge off, can you get 20% easier or is it tougher?? Thanks for everything.
