I am being sued for 6,000 personal loan. Lost my job, cant afford to repay now. What is the judge going to do????

The judge can grant a judgment against you but not much more than that. If you are going to court you need to have an attorney represent you. Try local public defenders office if you dont have one.

That really depends who is suing you. Is it the original creditor or have they sold the debt?
