in the last 2 months:I sent them a DV, they did not respond. it was for about 130$ debt. I called, they tried to trick me into paying it over the phone. I refused. I sent a DV letter with certified mail returned receipt. they sent me a letter back stating my debt was back with the original creditor, a bank, and that they have issued orders to remove it from credit report. they did. I got a trans union one recently and it was not there.
